I am so honored to be the Family Life Pastor here at Coast Hills Church! Growing up in nearby Huntington Beach, I was saved and baptized after attending a summer camp when I was 15 and jumped headlong into living for Christ. After attending BIOLA, Karen and I were married and started a lifetime of ministry to youth and kids in which the good Lord has allowed me to serve Him in a dual role as a children’s Pastor and musical evangelist. Presently—with 11 themed albums and performances in 2,350 churches, schools, camps, music festivals, and crusades in tow—I am privileged to be home again at Coast Hills to strengthen children’s, youth, and family ministries!

I love football season, am an avid Celtics fan, crave sweets like a 10-year-old, and love most of all spending time with my wife Karen and our three beautiful girls: Jordan, Madison, and Mackenzie. We are so thankful for our family and proud of the young women our daughters have become.

We were privileged in our first calling to be on the Coast Hills staff when we moved here to 5 Pursuit in 1993, and we know that God has called us back to this special church to energize and equip our kids and youth leadership as we foster real and right relationships with God and one another. We’re excited to be home!
