Who has access to CCB?
Anyone can request to receive a login to CCB. If your email address is in our church database, you will automatically receive an email with a link to activate your account and set your password. The basic level of access to CCB will allow you to update your contact information and view your giving and activity history and even upload your own photo for your profile.
*In circumstances where someone is misusing the online community, the church staff may restrict or block access.

Is CCB secure?
Church Community Builder works hard at making sure that all of your data is secure (CCB statements on security). CCB lets you control what information you make available to other users of the online community. You determine what information in your profile is visible to specific sets of people. Please note that church staff is limited to access only information necessary to do their job.
How to access your giving statement:
- Login to CCB. You can use the "REQUEST A LOGIN" link at the top of this page to set up your account if you haven't done so yet.
- After entering your username & password, click SUBMIT.
- If the system does not recognize the email you provided, please give us 24-48 hours to process your new account request.
- Click on your Profile at the top of the welcome page.
- Choose the Involvement tab.
- Click on the ellipsis menu on the Financial tile.
- Select Giving Statement.
- Choose if you'd like a giving statement just for yourself or for your whole family.
- Select a date range for the transactions that should be included.
- Choose if you'd like only tax-deductible transactions, only non-deductible transactions, or both to be included.
- Choose if you'd like pledge information to be included. Click Run Report.
